Is TimTul safe? Where are my data?

TimTul is very safe, your data is in our redundant servers that guarantee a scalability and server-level stability of 99% SLA.

What do you do with my data?

TimTul has a data policy that you can consult at any moment aquí. Regarding your data we are going to use only statistical data to improve the functions of the platform itself without disclosing your data to third parties. 

Are there any limitation on the size of the database?

No, you can have as many contacts and, or companies or organizations with as many fields as you want up to the limit of storage contracted. 

Is there a commitment to stay?

There is no commitment to stay, you can unsubscribe at any moment always taking into account that the design and programming of customized or adapted template, the layout, cleaning and importing news, events or newsletters and databases will be charged for the work really done. 

Which methods of payment can be used?

The first payment of the first twelve fees (first year) must be made by transfer from the second year can also be made by direct debit if desired.

How long does it take to have the web ready?

Your intranet is ready in a short time: if you use a free template, at the same moment of hiring you have the intranet ready to start dumping content. If you hire an adapted template design in about 3 days and if it is tailored it will depend on the process. After having the design programmed and with the content already defined will be missing the layout that is usually in 3 and 5 days. If you have to import content from many news, events or newsletters you must add a few more days. 

Can I put my domain on the intranet or can I use the TimTul domain?

You can link any domain or subdomain to your intranet. We will provide you the IP address that you will insert in your domain provider and you will have the intranet working. If you have never done it, there is no problem, we will help you in this process, we will give you simple instructions to activate it. In any case, if you do not have own domain you can use the intranet under the domain of TimTul.

What happens if I decide to change of platform? Can I recover my data?

If you decide to leave or to change of platform, you can take all your data exporting in excel with the authomatic importer and downloading all your docments.
